Herb McMillan

Herb McMillan served as State Delegate and from 2003 through 2006, earning a reputation as a fiscally conservative, common-sense legislator. He was founder and chair, Maryland Taxpayers Protection Caucus. Earlier, from 1997-2001, he represented Ward 5 on the Annapolis City Council. He is a winner of the Maryland Taxpayers Association's Taxpayer Advocate award and the NFIB award.

A Naval Academy graduate, McMillan is a decorated Navy pilot, USNR Commander, and a pilot for American Airlines. Married 24 years to Kathy McMillan, the couple has four children. Herb McMillan is a active with the St. Mary’s Church and School. He is a former PTA President; Bates Middle School tutor; and youth soccer and football coach.
